Warranty and complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
At Voltero, we take quality very seriously. Order anything from us, and you can be sure that it is a quality product. That is why all of our products have a 2-year warranty. If the manufacturer has opted for a longer manufacturer warranty, this will be stated in the instructions included with the item.
Rest assured that if the product is found to be defective, we will act immediately. Our warranty applies to all products you purchase from us. This means that the item should be in perfect condition, and should function normally under proper use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will provide you with a solution.
Your invoice or order confirmation is your proof of warranty.
When your item does not work properly anymore, please contact us stating clearly what is wrong with the product. Then we will review the issue, and if it is covered under the warranty, we will assist you in returning the item back to our warehouse.
If the product in question has gone defect due to misuse, or unautorized repairs, the warranty will be discarded.
We understand that defective products are a nuisance. We will act swiftly and accordingly to fix the issue as soon as possible.
